Existing symptoms from dinner continue; really difficult night sleeping, hypersensitivity, which tends to happen when I eat right before bed.

Usual symptoms with a little each pain/sensitivity; LOC at 9:00. Not sure if LOC or falling asleep...

Smoked salmon, cream cheese, and lettuce on flaxseed bread; tofu, black bean, tomato, and zucchini salad with squinch of olive oil. A couple of handfulls of mixed nuts.

Symptomatic and fell asleep, not sure if loss of consciousness or sleep.

Bowl of Flax cereal with unsweetened soy milk.

Completely symptomatic.
