AFTERNOON/EVENING
Again, another exhausting day. After lunch I was just right tired, but then, since we were going visiting I had a snack and some potassium at 3:00. It worked, and I was able to go out for a while, though I am so easily tired out. The person we visited with Matilda had seen me right before going into the hospital and remarked at the profound difference the potassium seems to make. Anyway, beat by the time we got home. Rested for a while and when out to pick up take-out Chinese for dinner; by the time I returned my feet and calves were going limp/numb, my jaw was going slack, and my left are was fading fast. Ate dumplings and took potassium, then off to bed to rest. Staved off a major episode, but mid leg issues persisted for quite a while.
MORNING/AFTERNOON
After a really rough night [must stop eating before bed] woke up feeling terrible. Had breakfast, which hit hard, but potassium did its job again. Went for a walk after a shower and was exhausted by the time I returned home. Had to lie down for a while. Ate lunch while fighting though an emerging attack. I think the food actually helped, and then the potassium seemed to fend off the worst of the symptoms, though I definitely felt extra fatigued after eating. Took it easy all afternoon with only mild discomfort.

AFTERNOON/EVENING
Minor episode associated with lunch, none to speak of with dinner; mostly just exhausted all day. Potassium seems to be helping significantly. Toward bedtime starting to get some loss of sensation/weakness in my feet; will have to keep an eye on things.
MORNING
To reiterate, woke feeling pretty good; had to hurry out with K to doc [she has a cold] so ate toast with PB and had potassium. Started to feel crappy at doc's office, but it stopped and reversed. Went to the grocery after and by the time we finished shopping I was exhausted; not an episode, just so easily tired these days.
LATE NIGHT/EARLY MORNING
Woke up at about 4:00AM with intolerable leg pain. Ate some toast with PB and took potassium. Improved enough by 5:00 to go back to bed and sleep. Woke up in the morning feeling okay.
EVENING
Dinner hit pretty hard, but potassium again seems to have helped. Head never really cleared, but body was alright. Was tired for almost all of the evening after dinner, but was certainly physically functional -- generally just really weak and easily exhausted, prone to bad headaches.

AFTERNOON
Toast with hummus and cheese and celery at 12:30, along with ritalin and potassium. Feeling pretty good at 1:00.
MORNING
Woke up feeling crappy, headachy, weak. Ate cereal with soy-milk and took potassium around 8:30. Started to crash physically after eating, but it did indeed halt. Never really felt great, but the episode did stop. Lasted til about 11:30 during a walk to the grocery. Legs weak, generally fatigued.

FOOD DIARY ON HOLD
Due to confusion amongst all my current issues [both back and testicular], the food diary is on hold. It will continue shorty, perhaps.
